We like to prescribe the best possible option for each client individually, which is why we have 4 different routes that you can take as a member at ABS.

GYM

You pretty much know what you are doing and just need our equipment to get the results you want…The Gym will help you achieve that and more. We can even have one of our expert coaches design a programme for you.

SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

Perhaps you prefer to be coached in a smaller group, with more focus on your daily nutritional habits and workouts…Semi Private is an excellent choice for you and also brings the cost down from 1-1 Personal Training.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

If you love group fitness classes, getting a sweat on and having a coach with you for a 1 hour workout then our early morning, early evening and weekend classes are definitely for you.

121 PERSONAL TRAINING

Maybe you are the type of person that just needs the plan all laid out for you, exactly what to eat, when and how much. Every set and rep accounted for during your workouts and have your very own Personal Trainer on hand whenever you need them. 1-1 PT is a great way to reach your goals in super fast time with minimum fuss.
